Alexa Costanzo, Administrative Director
Years in WYSE: 3
Hi everyone! I am Alexa Costanzo, a senior studying Economics and Business Law, and I've been a part of WYSE for three years. I’m from New York, and a fun fact about me is that I recently met Adam Sandler. Having a supportive community of women who consistently encourage and inspire me is what I love most about WYSE.

Anny Bi, DEI Director
Years in WYSE: 1
I'm Anny and I'm a sophomore studying French and Law, History, Culture. I'm from Beijing and Seattle and I love art history and literature. I hope to work in the art world some day. Outside of these interests, I'm a food connoisseur, a Harry Styles stan, a lover of all things green, and Formula 1’s biggest fan.
What constantly leaves me in awe about WYSE is the strength of the community we build—and the exchange of insight, care, and passion between the mentors and mentees. I am so grateful for the growth it has imbued in each and everyone of us, allowing us all to be inspired by one another!

Marissa Tannebaum, Bonding Director

I’m Marissa Tannebaum and I’m a sophomore majoring in Health and Human Sciences and with a Spanish minor. I’ve been in wyse for one year and what I love about the club is that I have been able to create meaningful connections with both the mentees and my fellow mentors. I am so lucky that I have found such a loving and supportive group of like-minded women on campus.

Jenny Back, Finance Director
Years in WYSE: 3
Hi everyone! I'm Jenny and I'm a senior studying Business Administration and Applied Analytics. Joining WYSE was definitely one of my highlights during my time at USC and I'm beyond excited to start my third year as a member of this organization! I'm from South Korea, but I consider Shanghai, China my home. My favorite thing about WYSE is how it gives both mentors and mentees an opportunity to grow together. Even though I'm supposed to be the "mentor", I always learn something new from the other members of the club and am able to widen my perspective on feminism!
A fun fact about me is that I recently started a food Instagram account in hopes of being a food critic as my side job! Check it out @jennybeeating :)

Ashley Scott, Social Media and Outreach Director
Years in WYSE: 1
Hey! My name is Ashley Scott and I'm a sophomore studying political science. I'm from San Diego, California and I have been in WYSE for one year! A fun fact about me is that I have a short Achilles tendon in both of my feet, so when I was younger I used to randomly fall while I was walking! This was definitely the reason why I was always picked last during PE in elementary school...
My favorite thing about WYSE is how genuinely supportive and inspiring the other mentors are. If there is one thing I experienced my first year of college, it was imposter syndrome. However, when I am at reflection with the other WYSE mentors, I feel comfortable being myself and more importantly being open, which is a truly invaluable feeling. I am not intimidated by my peers' success, but rather so happy to see them reaching their goals, and I know that the feeling is mutual <3

Danielle Mar, Recruitment and Logistics Director
Years in WYSE: 1
Hi everyone! I’m Danielle and the end of this semester will mark my first year in WYSE! I’m a senior studying business admin with an emphasis in marketing and I plan on going into the entertainment industry. I actually transferred from community college in Huntington Beach last year, and owe a lot of who I am to my experiences there. That’s where I found a love for involvement and volunteering - and that passion is what led me to wyse! I’ve absolutely loved everything about wyse: the other members, our mentees, our discussions, and how much more educated I am on the important subjects we teach our mentees. A fun fact about me is that I dislocated my knee doing the cha cha slide :’)

Lily Pfeizer, Co-Amino Jefferson School Site Director
Years in WYSE: 1
My passion for helping others build healthy perceptions of themselves traces back to my high school days in San Diego. Prior to WYSE, I’ve been involved in two major youth empowerment projects aimed at expanding access to health education.
I joined WYSE my freshman year in hopes to promote healthy living among the youth. Now as a sophomore, I aspire to aid our mentees in realizing their capabilities and worth. I love how WYSE provides a safe space to bring together such loving and uplifting individuals.
Currently, I’m studying Medical Anthropology as a way to enrich my understanding of medicine from a cultural perspective. Besides working on my projects and studies, I love to paint landscapes, visit museums, and read feminist literature.
